1st Prize
You and 15 friends will watch the Cleveland Indians take on the Cincinnati Reds from a mid-field Team Suite while enjoying a food and non-alcoholic beverage package on Swim for Diabetes Night at Progressive Field. Three parking passes included.
2nd Prize
You and three friends will watch the Cleveland Indians take Batting Practice from the Warning Track behind Home Plate before and then watch the game from lower box seats on Swim for Diabetes Night at Progressive Field.
3rd Prize
You will be the proud owner of three Cleveland Indians “A-List Player” autographed items: one bat, one baseball and one player photo.

Individual Swimmer with the Most Laps
The individual who turns in their fundraising form to a Pool Leader with the most counted laps will receive recognition on the scoreboard at Swim for Diabetes Night at Progressive Field and a Recognition Award Plaque.

Top School Swim Team Prize
The elementary, middle, or high school Swim Team that collectively raises the most money for the Swim for Diabetes will receive a personal visit from Olympic Swimmer Diana Munz and her Coach, Jerry Holtrey with a Pizza Party (date to be determined)! The Swim Team will also receive recognition on the Jumbotron scoreboard at Swim for Diabetes Night at Progressive Field and a Recognition Award Plaque to display at your school! Participants must indicate the Swim Team name on registration form. Registrants in this category are not eligible for general team prizes.
Team with the Most Registered Swimmers*
The team with the most registered swimmers will receive recognition on the Jumbotron scoreboard at Swim for Diabetes Night at Progressive Field. The Team Captain will receive a Recognition Award Plaque.
Team with the Most Overall Money Raised*
The Team with the most overall money raised will receive recognition on the Jumbotron scoreboard at Swim for Diabetes Night at Progressive Field. The Team Captain will receive a Recognition Award Plaque.
*Please note that team prizes are for non-school teams.
We encourage all team swimmers to swim at the same pool, but this isn’t required. To be eligible for team prizes, all swimmers must indicate Team Name at time of registration. Swimmers are eligible for team prizes as well as individual prizes.
