Swim for Diabetes Day

Participants will earn one FREE Lower Reserved Ticket with $100 or more in donations. Raise $200 or more and parade the field before the game too!
(Donations must be turned in by May 6, 2011 to qualify).

You must complete online order form by May 6, 2011 to receive your FREE ticket and purchase additional tickets. All tickets must be placed on one order at the same time to be seated together.

Please read below for important information about your ticket order:

• Ticket orders must be submitted online by Friday, May 6th. Payment must be received for the discounted tickets at the time of the order. Ticket orders may only be placed online.
  
  
• Groups wishing to sit together must submit one order for the total number of tickets needed.
  
  
• Tickets will be held under the credit card holder’s name and will only be released to the person whose name is on the credit card used for the order.
  
  
• All tickets are $28 Lower Reserved seats. Tickets are free for swimmers/divers who raised and turned in $100 or more and are $19 for all others.
  
  
• Indians' Ticket(s),Swim for Diabetes T-shirt and Prizes pickup:
  
  Wednesday, May 18th:
  -9:00 am - 6:00 pm at the DAGC office at 3601 S. Green Rd., #100, Beachwood
  
  Saturday, May 21st:
  -2:00pm Indians' Kids Fun Day at Gateway Plaza (between Gate A and The Q).
  -Pick up ticket(s) from 2:00-4:00 pm at Progressive Field at the Swim for Diabetes table in front of Gate C (East 9th Street & Eagle Avenue).
  -Gates open at 2:30pm. Parade line up is at 3:00pm (see below).
  -After 4:00 PM, tickets will be held at Will Call (Name on credit card used to order tickets must match I.D of person picking up at Will Call)
  -Any t-shirt(s) and prize(s) not picked up by 4pm will be available at the DAGC office for pick-up.
  
  
• Parade the Field Instructions:
  
  -Raise $200+ and YOU can Parade the Field on the warning track before the game! Experience the thrill of walking on the field where the Major League plays!
  
  -You will receive a wristband when you pick up your tickets. Once you receive your Parade the Field wristband you will meet a Cleveland Indians Representative at the bottom of Gate A ramp (right inside Gate A) at 3pm.
