Diabetes Partneship of Cleveland's (DAGC's) mission is to ensure that Greater Clevelanders affected by diabetes have the support they need to live well with the disease. With four health educators on staff, DAGC provides direct services to the 1 in 10 people affected by type 1 and type 2 diabetes in this community. All money raised stays right here in Northeast Ohio to support education programs, free community services, and Camp Ho Mita Koda for children with diabetes.
